An agent that browses meets bot checks and barriers that stop an ordinary fetch. Compliant browsing gets past them, so the page you asked for is the page you get.

The browse runs inside legal and data-protection rules as it happens, not as an afterthought.
The receipt
Every fetch is metered and receipted.
Each fetch comes with a signed Metrecept receipt. It is the same Ed25519 receipt as every other layer, checked against the same published keys, with the hour sealed into the same Bitcoin-anchored clock.
Being built
Receipts that show the page and the checks.
Next, a fetch receipt will record which page was fetched and which compliance checks ran, and receipts will link to one another so a chain of steps reads end to end. This is in build, not yet live.
Price
A page fetched is 2p per address.
It is priced on the card as a web fetch. The session receipt stays free with the seat.
