Carve.
One messy complaint in. One clean, faithful sentence out, routed to the right team, with a receipt anyone can check.
The Paid Enterprise Pilot
£3,500 fixed. Four weeks. 1,000 Case Envelopes.
Week 1 we connect your complaints inbox or form. Weeks 2 and 3 every real complaint is restructured and routed, each with a signed record. Week 4 we report accuracy by desk and time saved, and you keep it or stop.
Understood correctly
Complaints understood correctly the first time.
A customer complaint arrives rambling, angry, misspelt, half in another language, with an account number blacked out. Carve reads it and gives the handler one clean, faithful sentence: who is complaining, what went wrong, what they want, the amount and the deadline. Fewer complaints misread. Fewer decisions overturned by the Ombudsman.
Faithful
Nothing added. Ever.
Carve never adds a fact that was not in the complaint. If the customer did not name an amount, there is no amount. If the message is too vague to route, Carve says so and asks the customer for detail instead of guessing.
Replies to the customer
The customer hears back straight away.
If a complaint is too vague to route, Carve asks the customer for more detail before it reaches a person. If the customer is angry, Carve sends a short message of understanding and calms the situation, while routing the complaint to a person at the same time. Both are part of Carve from week 1.
Every language
Read in the customer’s own language.
There is no translation step. Carve reads the complaint as written, and is tested in English, German, French, Spanish, Japanese and Chinese.
Routing
To the right desk, with a priority.
Carve works out what kind of complaint it is: tech support, refund request, billing, account access, account recovery, not a complaint, or too vague. It sends it to the right team with a priority of urgent, high, normal or low, set from the amount band and the severity grade. Queues are configured per firm, such as claims, fraud investigation and retention. It flags fraud and cancellation risk, and it learns from your own labelled tickets instead of keyword lists.
Priced per case
One envelope. The whole case carried.
A standalone Carve triage is £1.50 a hop. Inside a £3.50 Case Envelope the first carve is carried, with up to five documents, ten custody receipts and two fetches, and the FOS Verification Pack is free. Inside the allowance a hop bills 0p. The charge is the charge of the crossing. There is no second price.
The receipt
You don’t need to trust, you can check.
Every Carve result comes with a signed record of the decision: what arrived, where it was sent and when. The record holds fingerprints of the complaint, never its text. Anyone can check it against our published keys, and the hour it was made in is anchored to Bitcoin.
